工作职责

Analyze and update quality-related data and documentation

Monitor quality actions and maintain records
Support QMS governance including training and communication of Quality topics in LATAM
Support key quality processes (Complaint, Deviation, CAPA, Risk, Change Control, Audits) per global standards
Assist in internal, external, and customer audits, and ISO 9001 performance reviews
Contribute to updating quality KPIs and Management Reviews
Support harmonization and standardization of processes and tools in the region
Collaborate with local implementation of global Life Science procedures
