作为亿滋国际的销售代表,您将负责在指定的零售门店(如沃尔玛、塔吉特等)执行商品陈列、库存管理和销售推广工作

您需要确保奥利奥、乐之等知名零食品牌的产品得到充分展示和及时补货,并与门店管理层建立良好关系,通过制定和执行销售计划来推动业务增长
这是一个需要体力、沟通能力和销售技巧的现场销售岗位

最低要求

年满18周岁,并持有居住州颁发的有效驾驶执照

高中文凭或同等学历(GED)
能够在快节奏的工作环境中工作,并能完成定义的体力活动,如重复性举重、弯腰和搬运重达25磅的物品
这包括将产品从仓库搬运到货架上
居住在主要工作地点(佐治亚州阿尔法利塔)25-35英里范围内
能够驾车前往次要工作地点(佐治亚州卡明、佐治亚州布福德)
需要周一至周五的全职工作可用性

工作职责

确保通过执行亿滋的指导方针,使纳贝斯克领先品牌(奥利奥、乐之、belVita、趣多多、Triscuit等)得到充分展示、补货和维护

了解销售目标、活动和促销、销售手册和订单指南、销售演示、产品和分销来源,维护货架图和使用方法,以及正确的商品陈列
通过根据客户需求、门店人口统计数据和当前消费者群体定制计划和基于事实的销售演示,进行店内规划,以推动亿滋国际和客户的增长
与门店管理层建立牢固的业务关系,提供超出客户期望的服务和价值
与客户合作,确保订购足够的产品以支持消费者购买,包括来自增量货架和展示的产品,用于直接门店配送(DSD)
传达计划并有效管理商品陈列资源,以提高门店级别的销售额
与商品陈列员合作,确保库存充足、始终轮换且陈列美观
以及妥善处理所有门店中所有无法销售商品的信用和处置
监控并报告竞争对手活动,记录所有定价活动
成为我们客户业务团队与客户门店管理层之间的协作桥梁
