关于这个职位

作为亿滋(Mondelēz International)的销售代表,您将负责在指定的零售门店(如沃尔玛、City Market、Target等)执行商品陈列、库存管理和销售推广工作

您需要确保奥利奥、乐之、belVita等知名零食品牌的产品得到充分展示和及时补货,并与门店管理层建立良好关系,通过制定和执行销售计划来推动业务增长
这是一个需要频繁出差、体力劳动和良好沟通能力的现场销售岗位

最低要求

年满18周岁,持有居住州颁发的有效驾驶执照

高中文凭或同等学历(GED)
能够在快节奏的工作环境中工作,并能完成定义的体力活动,如重复性搬运、弯腰和携带重达25磅的物品
这包括将产品从仓库搬运到门店货架
居住在主要工作地点(科罗拉多州大章克申)25-35英里范围内
能够驾车前往次要工作地点(科罗拉多州弗鲁塔)

工作职责

确保亿滋国际(主要是纳贝斯克产品)的领先品牌(如奥利奥、乐之、belVita、趣多多等)通过执行亿滋的指导方针得到充分展示、上架和维护

了解销售目标、活动和促销、销售手册和订单指南、销售演示、产品和分销来源,维护货架图和使用方法,以及正确的商品陈列
通过根据客户需求、门店人口统计数据和当前消费者群体定制计划和基于事实的销售演示,进行店内规划,以推动亿滋国际和客户的增长
与门店管理层建立牢固的业务关系,提供超出客户期望的服务和价值
与客户合作,确保订购足够的产品以支持消费者购买,包括来自增量货架和展示的产品,用于直接门店配送(DSD)
沟通计划并有效管理商品陈列资源,以在门店层面建立销售量
与商品陈列员合作,确保库存充足、始终轮换且陈列美观
以及妥善处理所有门店中所有不可销售商品的信用和处置
监控和报告竞争活动,并记录所有定价活动
成为我们客户业务团队和客户门店管理层之间的协作桥梁
