工作职责

确保亿滋国际(主要是纳贝斯克)的领先品牌(如奥利奥、乐之、belVita、趣多多、Triscuit等)通过执行亿滋的指导方针,得到良好的展示、上架和维护

熟悉销售目标、活动和促销、销售手册和订单指南、销售演示、产品和分销来源、维护货架图和使用方法,以及正确的商品陈列
通过根据客户需求、门店人口统计数据和当前消费者群体定制计划和基于事实的销售演示,进行店内规划,以推动亿滋国际和客户的增长
与门店管理层建立牢固的业务关系,提供超出客户期望的服务和价值
与客户合作,确保订购足够的产品以支持消费者购买,包括来自增量货架和陈列的产品,用于直接门店配送(DSD)
传达计划并有效管理商品陈列资源,以提高门店级别的销售额
与商品陈列员合作,确保库存充足、始终轮换且陈列美观
以及妥善处理所有商店中所有不可销售商品的信用和处置
监控并报告竞争活动,记录所有定价活动
成为我们客户业务团队与客户门店管理层之间的协作桥梁
