你将领导一个3人团队,作为关键客户的战略伙伴,通过提供基于品类、渠道和消费者行为的专业洞察,驱动整体品类增长,并提升公司在波兰市场的份额
你需要整合品类管理、客户特性和购物者洞察的专业知识,为销售团队和其他职能部门提供可执行的商业建议

最低要求

经济学/金融/商业/市场营销或相关领域的本科或硕士学历

在咨询公司(如尼尔森)或快消品公司(品类管理、销售/购物者洞察/贸易营销部门)拥有至少5年经验
至少2年人员管理经验
拥有与客户直接合作的经验
强大的分析能力和准备商业建议的能力
强大的演示和沟通能力(说服他人、战略影响力、建立和推销建议)
对所有亿滋品类中的市场、竞争环境、客户和产品有透彻的了解
在复杂情况和时间压力下工作的韧性和决策能力
精通英语和波兰语
熟练使用MS Office(Excel, PowerPoint, Word)、Nielsen、Spaceman和其他分析工具

工作职责

领导一个3人团队,培养和激励独立的品类与洞察初级经理和专家,使其对其负责的品类完全负责

作为关键客户的合作伙伴,通过为客户举办一流的品类研讨会来支持他们推动品类增长
领导品类管理议程,与销售负责人共同制定并执行品类管理议程的年度计划
