关于这个职位

作为塞浦路斯国家经理,您将负责在指定区域制定并执行中长期业务计划,以扩大亿滋国际的市场地位

您需要全面管理客户或分销商的财务表现,包括净收入、产品价格组合和毛到净框架内的定价
同时,您将负责销售预测、市场机会与风险识别,并推动商业卓越计划,确保店内执行效果,与分销伙伴建立长期合作关系

最低要求

需要学士学位

至少6年在销售和贸易营销/品类管理职能方面的工作经验
对相关快消品环境中的营销和销售职能有深刻理解
糖果经验是一大优势
具有跨渠道销售管理经验,包括关键客户管理和分销商/批发渠道管理
了解国际/出口销售中的多层客户关系
自我激励,渴望成功,能够独立工作

工作职责

负责通过制定、谈判和执行中长期业务计划,在指定区域发展并成功扩大亿滋国际的地位

负责其各自客户和/或分销商集群的财务管理:净收入、NR/kg(产品/价格组合)、毛到净
在毛到净框架内管理定价、品类管理,以及与供应链职能协同的预测准确性
管理指定区域的销量和价值预测流程
识别销量机会和风险
监控实际销售数据和市场内销售数据
为客户制定和维护战略性增长计划,重点关注产品组合管理、上架、分销以及有效的促销和可见性
推动商业卓越和客户计划的实施:确保执行旨在通过改善店内可用性、可见性、商品陈列、促销执行来提升客户绩效的计划
监控市场不断变化的需求,并充分应对变化,以防止在现代和传统贸易以及AFH市场中失去市场份额和亿滋的地位
与分销伙伴合作
培养和发展长期业务关系
作为分销伙伴的中心联络点,并与内部职能部门联络以支持市场发展
