您将负责执行准入营销策略的战术与运营部分,管理日常运营和项目,并确保计划的成功实施
您将与品牌营销、准入影响者管理、健康经济学、法务、监管、商业分析、医学事务、现场销售管理和销售培训等多个内部团队协作,共同制定和执行最优的支付方营销策略与战术

最低要求

学士学位,至少5年行业经验

或硕士学位,至少3年经验
或药学博士/博士学位,至少2年经验
至少2年生物制药商业或支付方运营经验
至少1年在支付方营销或支付方经验方面的市场准入职能经验

实施年度市场准入拉动策略和战术计划

管理项目时间表、预算和供应商关系
支持业务开发活动和新产品规划
与内部团队合作执行客户参与和合同策略
提供市场反馈和见解以指导战略
确保遵守法律、法规和公司标准
在准入营销领域内指导和培养项目团队
支持对指定产品的管理式医疗市场格局进行深入的战略分析,并根据洞察向高级管理层提供战略建议
与关键内部领导者建立强有力的沟通渠道和伙伴关系,以帮助领导各种商业计划
作为战略合作伙伴,协助制定和执行市场准入渠道策略
通过市场格局分析、理解准入驱动因素和竞争对手,以及评估支付方对不同情景的可能反应,支持业务开发活动和新产品规划
建立并保持对各管理式医疗细分市场和渠道(包括商业管理式医疗、医疗保险、医疗补助和健康交易所)驱动因素的专家级知识
与患者服务总监和HUB合作,进一步将合同服务与促进患者准入和流程效率联系起来
