核心工作是通过深入的客户洞察,创新分销与支付解决方案,并与跨职能团队合作,确保产品在关键支付渠道(如商业保险、医保、医疗补助等)获得广泛覆盖

至少8年生物制药/医疗保健行业经验
或硕士学位加至少6年经验
或博士学位加至少5年经验
至少5年制药营销经验(面向医疗专业人士、患者和/或支付方)
年在支付方渠道制定策略和价值主张的经验

工作职责

工作职责:

制定和管理EMD Serono产品组合在药房及分销渠道的策略
管理EMD Serono已上市品牌的市场准入策略
进行深入的客户洞察,以创新客户配药和分销解决方案,提升公司形象以及与领先药房、批发商、专业分销商、支付方、卫生系统和其他准入客户的关系
向价值与准入战略营销副总裁汇报,并负责支持和执行确保EMD Serono已上市产品在关键渠道(商业、医疗保险、医疗补助和联邦渠道)获得广泛支付方覆盖的策略和战术,包括市场准入拉动策略、战术和预算,并与管理市场客户管理、运营、健康结果、财务和品牌营销团队合作
与跨职能团队密切合作,制定策略和战术计划,与美国专业药房、专业分销商和批发商互动
与跨职能团队合作,通过针对美国传统支付方、机构和综合交付网络内准入影响者的准入策略和战术计划来管理已上市品牌
与患者准入解决方案团队和客户支持团队合作,制定战术,为EMD Serono品牌优化分销和报销提供无缝流程
代表贸易渠道的声音,与跨职能治疗领域团队互动
与价值与准入战略营销人员合作,制定和实施关键渠道(商业保险计划、药品福利管理机构、医疗补助、医疗保险和联邦渠道)的年度美国管理市场计划,包括市场准入拉动策略、战术和预算,并与管理市场客户管理、运营、健康结果、财务、品牌营销团队合作
保持对所有品牌业务目标和组织架构的最新了解
作为渠道主题专家,支持年度品牌和市场准入战略规划流程
与客户管理、合同运营、财务、业务卓越、治疗领域、北美证据与价值开发、法律和其他临时职能部门合作,确保合同提案与市场准入策略保持一致,以实现品牌的短期和长期目标
确保策略和战术得到市场研究、顾问委员会和客户渠道反馈的支持
跟踪分销渠道的市场变化,并通过口头和书面方式与价值与准入团队(包括高级领导层)分享这些内容
制定和衡量关键内部绩效指标,并持续改进EMD Serono品牌绩效的策略和战术
了解该市场领域的活动并评估对EMD Serono业务的影响
负责实施和执行所有公司政策,并遵守所有法律、法规和政策
