As a Field Marketing Expert for Western Europe in the Food & Beverage sector, you will translate global marketing strategies into regional campaigns focused on lead generation and brand awareness. Master’s degree in Microbiology, Biology or a closely related field; At least 5 years of commercial experience in sales, marketing, or technical support within the Life Science industry; Strong expertise in microbiology applications specific to the Food and Beverage market; Excellent communication skills in English; Ability to manage complex sales processes and develop innovative solutions.

Serve as regional expert in Food & Beverage sector; Translate global strategies into regional execution plans; Develop and drive marketing campaigns for lead generation and brand awareness; Produce sales tools and create sales opportunities; Deliver product and application training to sales team and customers; Organize and host webinars; Represent BioMonitoring products at customer events and seminars; Build networks with key opinion leaders and regulators; Support Sales Force in field customer visits; Act as Voice of Sales; Analyze field data and regulations; Incorporate customer feedback on competitor positioning and pricing; Engage in portfolio planning, support new product development and market research; Drive product seeding in Western Europe.
