As a Medical Science Liaison at Merck, you will be the scientific bridge between the company and healthcare professionals in Taiwan, providing expert knowledge on therapeutic areas and company assets while gathering insights to inform medical strategies.
最低要求
Scientific degree (e.g., MSc, PharmD, PhD, DO, MD) is required
Previous MSL or related pharmaceutical experience preferred, or professional, clinical or research experience in a scientific or related field required (minimum of 1 year)
Advanced English language competency and fluency in local language
Strong analytical skills and ability to think strategically
Good conflict resolution/management skills
Highly developed interpersonal and teamwork skills

Maintains comprehensive scientific knowledge of assigned therapeutic area
Leads or contributes to Medical Affairs field activities
Expertly communicates complex scientific information
Provides scientific education to external stakeholders
Delivers accurate scientific information on company assets
Supports Investigator-Sponsored Studies (ISS)
Identifies and interacts with key medical community stakeholders
Profiles and prioritizes stakeholders
Establishes long-term peer relationships with thought leaders
Represents Medical Affairs as a trusted scientific resource
Facilitates partnerships on innovative research and healthcare solutions
