As a Manager Retail Training at adidas Taipei, you will lead the development and delivery of training programs for retail teams, ensuring they have the knowledge to achieve business goals. You will assess training needs, manage budgets, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance employee performance. 工作职责

Identify and assess future and current training needs with key stakeholders; Conduct training needs assessments and match courses; Develop and manage the retail training calendar; Review and adapt training materials from regional/global; Champion retail training courses; Identify opportunities for improvement; Work with Retail Operations, Marketing and Products teams to develop training content; Manage training resources including internal and external trainers; Review feedback and KPIs; Develop processes for revision and evaluation; Monitor training delivery quality; Maintain knowledge of new methods; Leverage internal/external expertise; Support local adaptation of global programs; Act as field coach; Manage and implement training KPIs and reports; Prepare and implement training budgets; Manage assigned budget and ensure cost effectiveness.
