年以上海外销售经验,同时具有3年+海外本地化运营操盘经验;

安防,智能家居相关经验和技术背景的优先,有技术鉴赏力;
有极强的目标感和自我驱动力

工作职责

熟悉家居智能产品及解决方案,能够准确把握客户需求,高效对接产品与研发团队,系统梳理售前材料及定制化解决方案

渠道管理与拓展:洞察与分析行业渠道发展态势,制定有效的渠道策略
为渠道客户提供涵盖销售、技术与产品等多维度的资源支持,保持高效沟通,协同推动产品营销与服务落地,并持续收集市场与客户需求信息
同时,依据公司营销策略,积极拓展渠道资源,甄选优质渠道伙伴,制定并推动渠道合作方案实施
培训与赋能:深入挖掘客户需求与痛点,结合区域市场特点,开展本地化渠道赋能工作,提升渠道伙伴的综合服务能力
市场与竞争分析:持续跟踪行业趋势及相关产品方案,开展竞品分析与对比,动态研判市场竞争格局,并将分析成果有效赋能销售与产品团队,助力业务决策与策略优化
