This role is responsible for driving sales growth by managing client relationships, conducting face-to-face and remote sales, and preparing proposals. You will identify new business opportunities and work with existing clients to recommend suitable financial products. It requires a seasoned sales professional with experience in the banking industry.

最低要求

Bachelor's degree or above, with 5-10 years of experience as a Business Development Manager in the finance-banking industry; experience in a Fortune 500 company preferred.

Experience in sales management.
Familiar with marketing and sales skills - sales management - customer development.

Comprehensive field sales work including face-to-face and remote sales to new and existing clients, including:

Direct sales to end consumers/business buyers or indirect sales through various sales channels
Assess customer needs and recommend appropriate products, services and/or solutions
Develop and deliver sales bids, proposals and report presentations, and conduct product demonstrations
Identify and contact potential customers, build relationships to generate sales and repeat business. Employees matched to this professional field will be compensated based on achievement of sales targets.
