· Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field.
· Experience: 5-7 years in a PMO or project management role, ideally global corporate.
· Process & Tool Proficiency: Proficient in MS Project, Smartsheet; experience with HR systems (ServiceNow, SuccessFactors) a strong advantage.
· The Connector: Ability to coordinate multi-site, cross-cultural teams and influence without authority.
· Adaptable & Proactive: Thrive in changing environments, comfortable addressing conflicts.
· Global Communicator: Fluent in English.
