This internship at Deloitte's Government & Public Services practice in Hong Kong allows you to assist on strategy and business design projects for public sector clients. You will help analyze problems, develop solutions, and gain exposure to consulting work in a leading professional services firm.

Graduating in 2027 is preferred
Outstanding track record of academic performance (minimum GPA of 3.5) with a continuous learning attitude
Strong understanding of Hong Kong policy and economic landscape
Strong numerical mindset with basic understanding of financial modelling
Have a strong grasp of structured problem-solving skills and analytical skills
Strong Interest in understanding emerging business models, industry trends and market dynamics

Assist to work against the project plan to ensure a superior client experience
Understand the client’s business, follow sector trends and learn leading practices
Assist to diagnose a problem, conduct analysis, and develop solutions for client problems
Assist to gather and interpret financial information to help strengthen proposed recommendations
Articulate thoughts and ideas in a clear and composed manner to instill confidence in team and clients
Present a cogent idea or case using clear and concise messaging, and support using appropriate data and tools
Effectively interact with colleagues and clients of varying backgrounds to effectively serve clients
Recognize technology as a business enabler
Develop and share reusable assets that can be readily applied to new projects
