As a Manager of Data Analytics at Coupang's Rocket Growth team, you will lead data-driven decision-making to optimize fulfillment and seller experiences. You'll leverage SQL, Python, and ETL skills to ensure data quality and availability, while also mentoring junior analysts. This role combines technical expertise with strategic influence to shape Coupang's e-commerce growth.

Strong knowledge of data visualization (PowerBI, Tableau or other tools) and data storytelling to communicate insights effectively to non-experts

工作职责
Leads projects related to the quality, availability, and depth of data needed by Coupang to make business decisions.
Use their deep expertise in SQL, data ETL development, and data integrity to ensure that necessary information is available for all levels of analysis at Coupang.
Contribute to analytics projects designed to help drive Coupang's growth, support specific initiatives from Growth Marketing and other business units, and help senior data analysts with their development.
Own and drive critical decision-making across a range of ambiguous business problems using data.
Structure and analyze large datasets, define constraints and parameters, and develop decision models.
Run simulations and optimization analyses to improve business outcomes and support strategic decisions.
Challenge existing processes and propose data-backed improvements.
Translate insights into actionable recommendations and influence stakeholders across functions.
Collaborate with diverse teams to align on goals and deliver impactful solutions.
