工作职责

业务增长与需求塑造:负责并推动现场需求塑造策略,加速客户参与和商业表现

实现每月GMV增长≥20%,对CTR和CVR等核心绩效指标承担主要责任
将业务目标转化为可扩展的现场销售策略,驱动流量转化和购物篮扩张
现场商品与产品创新:领导创建创新的现场商品资产,针对不同客户群和购物任务定制
与产品和技术团队紧密合作,设计和推出改善发现、相关性和转化的新产品功能
倡导AI驱动的创意和个性化工具,实现动态内容、个性化设计和数据驱动的用户体验
客户旅程与渠道赋能:实现无缝的端到端用户旅程,整合现场体验和营销渠道
确保现场商品策略与CRM、绩效营销和品牌计划紧密集成
活动与促销领导:负责规划和执行大型商业活动和促销(如春节、618、双11、季节性大促)
通过策略性品类展示、主题叙事和实时优化最大化业务影响
跨职能领导:作为财务、产品、技术、品类管理、CRM、设计和市场团队的关键战略合作伙伴
