This role leads product compliance, risk management, and audit for Coupang's Taiwan operations. You will develop compliance frameworks, execute risk-based audits, and partner with cross-functional teams to ensure regulatory adherence and mitigate risks from third-party sellers.

–10+ years of experience in product compliance, regulatory risk, audit, or related program management roles

Demonstrated ability to support and deliver programs of scale that influence execution of broader compliance or business strategy
Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple workstreams and deliver results on time
Experience working across policy, compliance, and operational execution
Proven problem-solving mindset; self-driven, collaborative, and effective in cross-functional environments
Ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced environment where tactical execution and strategic thinking occur in parallel
Strong communication and stakeholder-management skills

工作职责

Compliance Frameworks & Audit Standards: Maintain and update product compliance audit checklists and guidelines covering product listings, SDP/labeling requirements, and product recall reporting. Ensure audit materials align with regulations. Propose updates based on audit outcomes.

Risk-Based Audit Planning & Execution: Develop and execute risk-based audit plans, analyze complaints/defects/safety signals, conduct deep-dive reviews, escalate recurring issues, track corrective actions.
Data Analysis & Corrective Action Ownership: Analyze findings to identify trends, develop metrics, translate findings into corrective actions, partner to implement upstream changes.
Regulatory Research & Impact Assessment: Monitor laws/regulations, assess impact on policies, communicate updates, support integration into audit processes.
Product Safety & Compliance Risk Management: Identify and assess risks related to product safety and non-compliance, partner to design mitigation actions, support preventative approaches.
Governance & Continuous Improvement: Conduct periodic reviews for adherence, identify improvement opportunities, serve as subject-matter expert.

+ years of experience in compliance program management within fast-paced, technology-driven or marketplace businesses

Demonstrated end-to-end ownership of processes, including operating effectively in ambiguous or loosely structured environments
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills, with the ability to work independently and autonomously
Confident decision-maker who proactively identifies issues and proposes solutions, including constructively challenging others when needed
Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and Chinese, including experience delivering presentations or training
