8+ years of experience in Business Development, Strategy or Trading roles in the equity-linked Delta 1 space
Proven experience creating value through pursuing business opportunities, partnerships and/or commercial outcomes
Proven experience building and maintaining senior industry relationships both internally and externally
Self-motivated, results driven and commercially minded challenging the status quo
Critical, detail oriented, strategic thinker, entrepreneurial spirit
Excellent technical communication and interpersonal skills
Fluency in English is a must; Mandarin proficiency ideal but not required
