Be proactive in researching and communicating new potential product improvements for the product including the preparation of business cases supporting future product enhancements. Drive customer focus in each step of the ideation to commercialization process. Integrate insight from market trends, competition, and customer's needs. Develop strategy, tactics, sales tools and training in selling against competition . Work closely with sales management to deploy various growth initiatives and capture growth opportunities. Capable of delivering the communication with key stakeholders for any risks and changes in NPD and Product life cycle management, with the capability to work together with global or cross functional stakeholders to drive the mitigations for risks identifieid
