Key responsibility 1 – HR business partner (80%)*
Contribute to the development and execution of the business strategy, driving organizational capability development, and representing the people and organization dimension in the regional management team.
Systematically drive Human Resources activities in whole employee journey (talent attraction, performance management, employee engagement/retention, leadership and associates development, succession planning etc.).
Design and implement tailor-made solution according to business needs, it may include change management, culture breeding, organization intervention, etc.
Collaborate with HR COE and HRS for new initiatives in responsible business area.
Key responsibility 2 – HR projects (20%)*
Play active role in HR product and project as core member or consultant.
