Development of system concept to ensure the performance and protection in case of over temperatures; design of the thermal stack in power electronics application to meet customer and/or platform requirements; definition and specification of needed temperature sensors from system behavior point of view; derivation of domain requirements based on the system concepts for implementation in mechanics, hardware and software; validation of the thermal behavior in different sample phases; support of projects on questions regarding thermal performance e.g., in the context of problem-solving, requirements assessment and change requests.
PhD is a plus; German is a plus; mindset: a pragmatic and solution-oriented engineer motivated to shape the future of power electronics in automotive application.
