Act as a key supporting user for SuccessFactors, providing input on data flows, configuration impacts, and troubleshooting
Gather and document business requirements with HR operations teams and stakeholders
Participate in project activities including User Acceptance Test (UAT), data validation, and training logistics
Build and prepare dynamic reports, data extracts and SuccessFactors dashboards for decision-making and monitoring
Review, map and optimise HR workflows, recommend enhancements aligned with digital system capabilities
Prepare workflow documentation, process diagrams, and supporting materials for stakeholder discussions
Support HR operations across Benefits, Global Mobility coordination, and HRIS related activities
Maintain system accuracy through routine checks, audits, and system validations
