关于这个职位

这是一个面向牙科领域的销售岗位,主要负责在曼哈顿、布鲁克林和威彻斯特郡等指定区域推广士卓曼集团的ClearCorrect隐形矫治器产品

你需要像经营自己的生意一样管理区域,通过开发新客户、维护现有客户关系、协助病例提交和促进转介来达成销售目标,并最终推动区域业务增长

最低要求

学士学位 或 3年以上牙科领域的外部销售、客户管理或临床经验

必须持有有效且无不良记录的驾驶执照

工作职责

通过开发、维护和推进现有客户及潜在客户,在指定区域内推动盈利性销售增长并最大化销售收入

通过作为指定区域内现有客户的战略业务合作伙伴,专注于客户的增长目标以及ClearCorrect和士卓曼集团如何帮助他们实现这些目标,创造无与伦比的客户体验
通过主动识别、瞄准和转化指定区域内的潜在客户账户和新业务,实现新业务目标
准备和维护区域业务计划、销售预测和销售推广活动预算
评估当前业绩并在需要时进行预测调整
与产品营销和市场传播部门合作,支持所有营销发布计划和新产品销售目标的执行
按要求出席并代表ClearCorrect和士卓曼参加客户活动,包括但不限于区域活动和全国性贸易展览
有效且高效地利用教育活动来发展现有客户、建立品牌忠诚度并获得新客户
在区域内发展学习俱乐部,积极参与,确保ClearCorrect演示在学习俱乐部中展开,并与现有及新参与者发展客户关系
及时了解支持ClearCorrect产品优势的关键临床研究和科学论文
定期使用所有销售工具,如SAP CRM,以有效规划并衡量针对区域现有客户群和潜在客户的销售活动
定期运行报告,使趋势、客户需求和机会与区域业务战略保持一致
所有与客户互动的员工都必须在每次与ClearCorrect客户和潜在客户的互动中记录质量活动
