This role leads global marketing for Alliedstar's intraoral scanner portfolio, driving brand strategy, product launches, customer engagement, and commercial success. You will oversee product marketing, brand management, digital marketing, clinical education, and regional partnerships to strengthen market leadership in digital dentistry.

最低要求

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Science, Dental Technology, or related field. 10+ years of progressive marketing leadership experience, preferably within medical devices, dental technology, healthcare, or related industries. Proven success in global brand management, product marketing, and commercialization. Experience leading global product launches and integrated marketing campaigns. Experience managing global and cross-functional teams in a matrix environment. Demonstrated ability to influence senior stakeholders and drive strategic initiatives across multiple regions.

工作职责

Develop and execute global marketing strategy for the Alliedstar IOS portfolio. Define global brand positioning, value proposition, and messaging architecture. Lead global commercialization strategies and go-to-market plans. Partner with Product Management to translate product innovation into customer-centric marketing programs. Drive customer adoption and market penetration through targeted initiatives. Own and manage global brand identity ensuring consistency. Develop global campaigns to increase brand awareness and engagement. Lead product launch planning and execution with focus on sales enablement. Develop product positioning, customer segmentation, value propositions, and messaging. Create global launch toolkits and sales enablement materials. Lead and manage global clinical applications training and continuing education network. Transform clinical education into a lead-generation and retention engine. Design training programs that build clinical confidence and drive device utilization. Lead market research initiatives to understand customer needs and competitive dynamics. Generate actionable insights to inform product and marketing decisions. Develop global digital marketing strategies across websites, social media, marketing automation, and lead-generation programs. Drive customer acquisition and retention through omnichannel campaigns. Leverage marketing technology to improve campaign effectiveness. Monitor marketing performance through KPIs and ROI. Partner with regional marketing teams to ensure global campaign execution and local adaptation. Provide strategic guidance and best practices. Build, lead, and develop a high-performing global marketing organization. Foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.

优先资格

MBA or advanced degree preferred. Fluency in English required; additional languages are advantageous. Strong understanding of digital technologies in healthcare or adjacent technologies preferred.
