This role is responsible for designing and delivering training programs for retail staff at Xiaomi stores in Jakarta. Bachelor’s degree or above, with 5+ years of training experience in New Retail, FMCG, or chain-store industries. 工作职责

Training Project Design & Course Development: Needs Assessment & Design, Innovative Content Creation (gamification, one-pager job aids, short-video micro-lessons), Iteration & Localization. 2. Training Implementation: Deliver offline and online sessions (Orientation, Product Knowledge, Sales Skills, etc.), Logistics Coordination. 3. Training Audit & Tool Creation: Design assessment tools (Role-play, Mystery Shopper, interactive quizzes), Evaluation. 4. Training Management & Feedback: Record Keeping, Analytical Reporting.
