As a Retail Specialist at Xiaomi, you will be the face of the brand in Texas, providing product demonstrations and test drives for electric vehicles. Recognition and acceptance of sales work, with composure under complex situations and emotional stability; 7. For candidates with automotive industry experience, at least 1 year of experience in a direct-brand retail store of a certain automotive brand (in principle, 70% of product experience engineers have automotive sales experience, 30% do not); 8. Experience in new energy brand direct operations or internship preferred; 9. Good appearance, proficient Mandarin communication skills.

工作职责

Product explanation: Enthusiastically receive all in-store users, provide professional product explanations, combine user situations and usage scenarios to help users understand the core value of the product, stimulate user enthusiasm for the brand and product; 2. Test drive: Provide professional test drive services for customers, answer related questions during driving to alleviate user concerns; 3. User experience: Continuously improve retail center service satisfaction through professional consultation and service, create brand and product promoters, collaborate efficiently with delivery and after-sales partners to solve user purchase and usage issues, provide improvement suggestions and feedback; 4. Team collaboration: Achieve individual key business targets, help achieve team sales goals, and continuously improve performance; 5. Event execution: Support various marketing activities to attract and explore potential users; 6. Store maintenance: Cooperate with retail store manager and retail supervisor to maintain visual merchandising and back-office standards, maintain display cars, fixtures, and overall store environment.
