As a Platform Sales Leader at Hang Seng Bank, you will lead a sales team to formulate and implement localized sales and marketing plans, identify and cultivate potential customers into Prestige Banking clients, and drive service quality and productivity. This role blends sales leadership with customer relationship management, requiring strong coaching abilities and strategic planning to achieve KPIs in Hong Kong's competitive banking industry.

工作职责

Formulate and implement localized sales and marketing plans to achieve the assigned KPIs as well as to improve service quality and productivity

Identify potential customers and groom them into Prestige Banking customers to maximize the customer loyalty and satisfaction
Assist to manage and enhance capabilities/professionalism of the sales staff and provide coaching/support to them
Obtain customer feedback and handle complaints in a professional manner
Organize various promotional activities for acquiring new business
Keep abreast of latest compliance requirements and recommend remedial actions when necessary

优先资格

University degree in a related discipline is preferred

Professional qualifications such as Enhanced Competency Framework (ECF) and/or Certified Banker (CB) under Hong Kong Institute of Bankers (HKIB) would be an advantage
