Strong self-motivation with good communication, interpersonal and analytical skills. High level of customer centricity mindset with dedication to deliver exceptional quality services for customers. Good sense of ownership and servicing mindset to ensure efficient and effective customer service processes. Proficiency in both English and Chinese; fluency in Putonghua and other dialects an advantage.
Identify business opportunities through direct customer contact and referral to maximize investment and insurance product sales. Provide high quality investment and insurance services to corporate customers to build loyalty. Conduct marketing activities for investment and insurance business. Work with relationship managers to identify customer needs and promote services. Achieve assigned income targets. Build and manage portfolio of investment and insurance customers, provide quality after-sales services. Develop and implement effective initiatives to enhance product portfolio. * Support Team Head in sales management.
Preferably a CFP or CFA. Professional qualifications such as Enhanced Competency Framework (ECF) and/or Certified Banker (CB) under Hong Kong Institute of Bankers (HKIB) would be an advantage.
