As an Investment Project Manager at Hang Seng Bank, you will lead the design and delivery of investment product platforms and wealth services projects. You will coordinate with internal teams and external vendors, manage project plans, and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements. This role is ideal for experienced project managers with a strong understanding of investment products and banking processes.

最低要求

University degree in Business Management, Information System or related discipline

Minimum of 4 years' experience in the banking industry and/or IT projects management
Proven project management experience delivering complex, cross-functional initiatives (preferably in wealth/ investments, banking, or financial services)
Strong understanding of investment products and sales/ distribution processes; with familiarity with regulatory expectations for investment product selling
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple stakeholders and external vendors, with clear governance, disciplined execution and effective issue/ risk management
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence and align stakeholders at different levels
Strong self-motivation and ownership; able to work independently, manage competing priorities, and perform well under pressure
Innovative and strategic thinker, results oriented with a strong delivery mindset
Great sense of ownership and servicing mindset to ensure efficient and effective deliverables

工作职责

Drive the design, build and manage product platforms to enable efficient delivery of investment products and wealth services related projects

Coordinate, shape and propose the delivery of solution initiatives that support investments products business and offer quality customer journey across all channels
Translate business needs into clear requirements, delivery plans, milestones and measurable outcomes and work closely with internal stakeholders and external vendors on project planning and execution
Ensure projects meet compliance obligations for the Group and relevant regulatory authorities. Maintain strong familiarity with regulatory requirements related to investment product sales, suitability/appropriateness, disclosures, record-keeping, and sales process controls, and embed these into design and delivery
Provide comprehensive progress reporting to senior management, including clear status, key decisions required, risks/issues, mitigations and opportunities, enabling timely decision-making and course correction where needed
