This role is responsible for supporting the business development of the brokerage channel for Hang Seng Insurance. You will implement channel strategies, coordinate marketing activities, and maintain relationships with key stakeholders to drive business goals. The position requires strong commercial thinking and at least 5 years of experience in high-net worth or insurance sectors.

最低要求

University degree in Business or related discipline

Minimum of 5 years’ working experience preferable in the high-net worth segment, private banking / or insurance company
Possess strong commercial thinking and business acumen
A team player, enthusiastic in driving and implementing projects, in addition to taking independent initiatives to achieve the required results
Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines without compromising quality
Strong communication skills, particularly relating to business considerations
Strong problem solving skills for wide range of problems
Good command of spoken and written English and proficiency of Putonghua is an advantage

工作职责

Report to the Head of Brokerage Channel to support the business development of brokerage channel business of Hang Seng Insurance Company

Support the channel strategies and business initiatives to strengthen channel capabilities to achieve the sales target
Implement and support the marketing activities, product launch and provide distribution support for the channel
Maintain good relationship and effective communication with key stakeholders, including Case Management, Underwriting, Operation, Finance, Product and Actuarial to drive various initiatives and meet the agreed business goals
Liaise with business partners and internal operations to facilitate the end to end process of new business from applications to issue of policy
Understand the latest market trend and development in market, act timely to the market change/ crisis so as to protect bank image and improve customers experience
