Architecture Management: Acting as the key interface between workstream solution architects and IT, ensures that the AMS landscape supports business goals, scalability, and long-term digital strategy.
Process & IT Management: integration management of logistic process and corresponding digital systems, cross multiple business areas to draw down as-is process landscape(L1-Lx) with digital functionality. Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with operation teams to understand business processes and integrate them into technical solutions for a shared target. Digital Optimization: Identify opportunities to improve system efficiency, data accuracy and user experience through automation, customization, and integration. Benchmarking: Incorporate best practices from other OEM/ ODM or different industry, bring new digital ideas and technologies to continuously improve BBAC digital blueprint, integrate standard digital strategy into current roadmap. Reporting & Analytics: Develop, customize, and support standard and ad-hoc reports (e.g., stock reports, procurement analysis, warehouse performance) using SAP tools like Quick View, ABAP queries, or by liaising with the BI/ABAP team. Support management with data-driven insights for decision-making. Project management & development: Project mgmt.. for topics like AI, data mining etc. which also need to be interact with AMS or other systems. Develop smart tools to better support business for cost saving.
