This role involves supporting VIP members and tenants of a luxury loyalty program, handling enquiries and complaints via phone and email, and assisting with mobile app usage. The position requires shift work in a call centre environment.

Diploma or above qualification

Possess minimum 3 years’ customer service experience in luxury retail/hospitality industry
Pleasant and out-going personality, strong customer service and interpersonal skills

Strong communication skills; Excellent command of spoken and written English and Chinese (Cantonese and Putonghua)
Hands on experience in MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint

工作职责

Support both members and tenants on points registration and redemption processing cycle with the BESPOKE system

Answer VIP members’ enquiries and handle complaints in a professional manner via phone calls and email
Support and assist VIP members / tenants to utilize the mobile apps of the BESPOKE loyalty program
Assist members in the online journey to ensure their experience a new era of indulgent exclusivity
day work week with shift working hours on roster basis
