This role leads sustainability governance, reporting, and data systems for a major real estate company in Hong Kong. You will drive ESG compliance, manage disclosures to frameworks like GRESB and MSCI, and engage investors and stakeholders. Ideal for a senior sustainability professional with deep reporting expertise.
最低要求
Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Sustainability, Real Estate or related discipline. 10+ years of relevant experience, with a proven track record in leading sustainability reporting for listed multi-national company. Deep expertise in ESG reporting frameworks and ratings (GRESB, MSCI, DJSI), sustainable finance, enterprise ESG data management platforms, and external assurance processes. Results-oriented, collaborative leader with a continuous improvement mindset, capable of influencing across all levels and communicating complex insights to senior stakeholders with clarity and impact. Excellent command of both spoken and written English & Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin).
工作职责
Ensure compliance and performance reporting across Sustainability Framework commitments, policies, and objectives throughout the organization. Lead sustainability reporting and disclosure—including the Annual Sustainability Report and Board/management reporting—and manage ESG ratings and investor disclosures across GRESB, MSCI, DJSI, and other frameworks. Oversee sustainability data collection and drive continuous improvement of data systems, reporting platforms, and performance tracking across all operating markets. Support Portfolios to ensure relevant Group sustainability requirements are embedded into annual business plans and budgets. Shape sustainability communications strategy and build strategic relationships with investors, tenants, financial institutions, and industry organisations. Represent Hongkong Land in relevant industry working groups, conferences, forums and stakeholder engagements.
