This is an entry-level supply chain coordination role at ASML, supporting EUV equipment service operations in Hsinchu. 工作职责

Materials Coordination & Tool Tracking: Supports tracking and coordination of materials & tools for assigned tasks. Communicates shortages and ensures materials are staged per daily work plans.
Operational Governance: Supports service order tracking, time writing, and tracking tool calibration. Assists with timely closure (TECO) and follow up of open or aging orders.
Data Analysis & Reporting: Generates standardized reports and assists in data collection. Updates administrative records related to logistics, tool calibration and service order status.
Stakeholder Management: Communicates with internal teams and supports stakeholder needs providing relevant and necessary information to the Project Lead for broader distribution.
Process Optimization (CI): Signals gaps for improvement opportunities and reports to relevant stakeholders.
Knowledge Sharing & Training: Shares own findings and WoW with local peers while building basic knowledge of projects.
