As an Applications Engineer (Scanner) at ASML in Hsinchu, you will support semiconductor customers by troubleshooting lithography equipment, driving new product introductions, performing data analysis, and delivering training. You'll collaborate with global teams to optimize process solutions and enhance equipment performance.

最低要求

Master's or PhD (PhD is a plus but not required) in a technical field. Limited experience in an IC manufacturing environment or research institute with emphasis on lithography, patterning, overlay, imaging, focus, metrology or defectivity related to node/process development.

工作职责

Escalation support: Contributes to service order actions and problem description clarification.

New product / service development: Creates basic diagnostics requirements for one specific use case.
New product / service roll out: Executes standard tasks and can lead part of the roll out of a new product or service. As an NPI deliverable; creates knowledge sharing material for future reference.
Node solution definition: Executes analysis work within a single competence/domain, typically following predefined paths. Combines inputs from others to support making one consistent solution definition. Typically reviews with others before formally sharing.
Node solution integration: Combines inputs from others to make one consistent execution plan. Supports definition of detailed integration and test plans, executes on task level. Typically reviews with others before formally sharing.
Coaching: Mentors new-hires on first tasks.
Training delivery: Is capable to deliver intermediate and advanced training to colleagues and customers.
Knowledge sharing: Shares best known methods within the group or department.
Operational excellence: Improves operational efficiency and quality in own daily work and work of the team members. Signals gaps in process and proposes improvement within scope of team.
Business Support: Speaks up and triggers VoC. Evaluates existing products.
Customer Demo: Independently supports in demo preparation, execution and analysis.
Data analysis: Performs high quality analysis from specific data, and extract key insights from analysis, identifying root cause and technical solutions. Usage of default toolsets and analysis methods based on own insights.
