As a Customs Import/Export Coordinator at ASML, you will manage daily import/export customs operations across Taiwan, Singapore, and Malaysia, ensuring compliance with local regulations and optimizing customs processes. This role involves handling customs licenses, monitoring service providers, and leading improvement projects to minimize duties and risks.

Equivalent College or Bachelor degree

Minimum of 2 years of relevant working experiences in the International Trade & import/export Customs.
Good knowledge of Excel, Word and PowerPoint applications.

工作职责

Handle the daily customs import and export operations in TW/SG/MY

Be responsible for all customs license(AEO/ICP/FTZ/STSC bonded) maintenances in TW/SG/MY
Monitor the customs related service providers including customs brokers, warehouse operators and bonded customs system provider and ensure compliance with the license/regulation.
Work out and manage processes for bonded manufacturing operations in FTZ/STSC
Manage the internal audit program
Ensure the system stability and optimization
Lead your own initiated improvement projects or support worldwide cascades project

优先资格

Licensed with TW bonded operations(Bonded factory & Free Trade Zone & Southern Taiwan Science Park Zone) is preferred.

Licensed with Taiwan Customs AEO (Authorized Economic Operator) is preferred.
Experienced with handling the import/export customs ops is preferred.
Experienced with TW export control ICP(Internal Control Program) program is preferred.
Experienced with handling the external TW authority auditing & certification is preferred.
Experience with SAP is preferred.
Experience with Tradevan Bonded system is preferred.
