工作职责

团队与人员发展：

· 建立、发展并领导一支高绩效的DUV UIR团队，培养团队合作和共同责任感
· 根据UIR蓝图组织人员配置，确保在正确的时间拥有合适的技能
· 制定培训计划和发展目标，支持在升级、安装和搬迁方面的多技能能力
· 招聘、入职、培训并指导新团队成员，使其达到操作和高级/专家水平
· 推动团队参与度、协作和人员关怀，确保安全包容的工作环境
KPI与绩效管理：
· 在UIR活动中定义、对齐和部署关键绩效指标（KPI），包括安全、质量、交付、效率和成本
· 使用KPI监控团队和项目绩效，识别差距、风险和改善机会
· 向直线管理和利益相关者提供清晰的绩效反馈
· 利用KPI洞察支持决策和持续改进，朝着ONE UIR绩效对齐
