这是ASML客户支持部门的助理工程师岗位，主要负责EUV/DUV光刻系统在客户现场的安装、升级与搬迁工作

你将作为客户现场的技术支持，执行系统验证测试、故障排除和物料管理，并与客户沟通进度
适合机械、电子、电机等相关专业的初级工程师，需能适应无尘室工作和轮班

最低要求

学历要求：副学士或学士学位，专业包括：机电整合、机械工程、电子工程、电机工程或相关领域

经验要求：0-5年工作经验
个人技能：积极主动、灵活且主动积极
能在多变且艰难的环境中多工处理
良好的团队合作精神
具备基本的英文口语与书面沟通能力
需具备机械、电机、电子乙级证照
其他要求：能依业务需求弹性出差
需轮班（含夜班）或周末支援，视专案排程而定

工作职责

工作内容：

物料处理：接收、检查并验证材料、工具与零件，准备并分区摆放，执行后依程序重新包装
系统操作：按标准程序执行系统验证测试（SQ）
按标准程序执行系统验收测试（SAT）
协助主导工程师进行机器调整与验证（MAQ）及机械整合（MI）
行政支援：机器进度交接、工单跟进、问题描述清晰传递
按指示执行完美物料退回（PMR）
合规要求：在无尘室工作并遵守客户严格的安全与PIP规范
工作职责：
高品质服务：按程序执行标准组装、维修与升级，提供优质服务
支援UIR活动中的恢复工作，监控进度并遵循程序
执行基本故障排除（如断电重启）
严格遵守ASML工作指令与操作规范
知识建立与传递：维持对ASML流程与程序的了解
检视CBT与流程资讯
主动向资深工程师请教，加速问题解决
物料/产品管理：识别损坏或遗失的材料并报告
确保ASML知识产权安全（锁定、封存、笔电与工具存放）
流程优化与持续改进：提供程序与流程的回馈
发现差距与改进机会并回报
问题交接与文件管理：记录并打包问题相关资料，确保交接顺畅
高品质提交物料通知、目击报告及其他回馈文件
客户沟通：向客户口头更新系统进度与已完成的操作
随时以ASML代表身份行事
