This role is an operational planning position within ASML's Supply Chain & Planning organization, responsible for coordinating order management, resolving issues, and driving continuous improvement projects. The ideal candidate has a supply chain or industrial engineering background and experience with planning processes. Familiarity with SAP is a plus.

最低要求

Msc in Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering or Business Administration, or equivalent working and thinking level. Experience in working with operational planning processes, tools and techniques. Bachelor or Master degree.

工作职责

Order Management: Coordinates Order Management in our IT system for executing parties. Executes required activities, identifies and participates in improvement projects within sector.

Resolving issues: Resolves operational issues (e.g. location, quantity mismatches, etc.), checks and shares answers with operational departments and performs a deep dive to prevent reoccurrence.
Tracking, Reporting & Analytics: Collects and interprets data from multiple sources supporting and steering operational activities and occasional deepdive or with increased scope.
Stakeholder Management: Actively maintains relationships with direct counterparts at own level. Is able to convince stakeholders on TL/GL level on more complex issues e.g. process improvements or conflicting interests.
Operational planning systems and tooling: Understands and works with established operational planning systems to achieve specific goals within area of responsibility. Reports issues, ideas or suggestions for enhancement of existing tools and methods and drives improvements. Is able to identify and gather the relevant data inputs to improve the planning parameters.
Continuous Improvement: Solves problems in a structured way using problem solving methods. Standardizes own team scope. Leads medium sized projects (e.g. A3 lean methology) and contributes to larger projects led by others.
