Provide analytical solutions to support major innovation, manufacturing, and customer issues; perform GPC and thermal analysis for target compound and polymer characterization and quantification; design and execute analytical experiments; independently analyze, summarize, and communicate results to business partners; maintain high-quality data generation by following quality control and quality assurance practices; prepare clear reports and SOPs; perform instrument calibration, maintenance, and troubleshooting; apply AI and data-driven approaches to improve laboratory operations.
