工作职责

Support month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closing activities in compliance with company policies and procedures; Assist with timely and accurate accounting postings, account reconciliations, and trial balance reviews; Prepare reports, financial computations, and supporting documentation; Assist with manual payments, invoicing requests, and fixed assets administration; Support the preparation and review of VAT journals, accounting registers, and statistical reports; Active participation in external and internal audit, preparation of documentation for internal control, annual counting; Ensure accurate processing, archiving, and maintenance of financial documentation; Support the preparation of financial statements, forecasts, budgets, and analytical reports; Analyze customer payment behavior and support accounts receivable management activities; Review overdue balances and support credit management processes; Contribute to the development of reports using Business Intelligence (BI) tools and SAP scripting; Collaborate with colleagues across departments and support internal and external audit activities; Participate in finance projects focused on process improvement and digital transformation; Support ad-hoc financial analyses and reporting requests from the Finance team
