Coordinating cooperation between the company and the logistics operator, including monitoring the quality of warehouse processes.
Monitoring compliance of warehouse operations with contractual agreements, KPIs, and SLAs.
Working with SAP, verifying inventory levels, and ensuring the accuracy of warehouse documentation (Goods Issue Notes, Goods Receipt Notes, Material Movements, inventory records).
Coordinating inbound, outbound, return, and complaint processes, as well as identifying, reporting, and supporting the implementation of process improvements.
Participating in regular and ad hoc inventory counts.
Analyzing warehouse reports and preparing reports and summaries for management.
Ensuring compliance with internal procedures and quality standards.
Waste management administration, including BDO reporting and KPO (Waste Transfer Notes) documentation.
