工作职责

Lead and develop the proposals team by setting priorities, managing performance, and ensuring the timely delivery of high-quality, competitive proposals aligned with business strategy, pricing guidelines, and risk management policies.

Oversee the end-to-end proposal development process while driving standardization, continuous improvement, and best practices across proposal tools, templates, and workflows.
Provide commercial oversight throughout project execution to ensure customer commitments are successfully delivered and facilitate seamless handovers between Sales, Operations, and Project Delivery teams.
Coordinate with Technical Service teams to ensure technical solutions, customer presentations, and proposal content align with commercial objectives and customer requirements.
Ensure the accuracy, consistency, and integrity of Salesforce data, while driving CRM adoption and generating meaningful commercial insights through reporting and analytics.
Identify and implement process improvements, automation opportunities, and standardized commercial practices to enhance operational efficiency and proposal quality.
Coach, mentor, and develop team members by strengthening commercial, technical, and process capabilities while supporting succession planning and cross-functional collaboration.
