This is a senior leadership role responsible for overseeing infrastructure, facility management, security, and HSE across the Northern Europe cluster. You will lead a team, drive strategic initiatives, and ensure compliance with corporate policies while managing crisis response and business continuity.

最低要求

A minimum of 8 years of progressive, professional experience within Corporate Infrastructure, Facilities, or HSE, including at least 3-5 years in a dedicated leadership role. Proven track record of managing Facilities, Health & Safety, and/or Security functions across a multi-country geographical cluster. A degree in Security, Safety, Health, Facility Management, Business Administration, or a closely related discipline. Demonstrated success leading, motivating, and managing cross-functional, diverse teams within complex, matrixed environments. Exceptional interpersonal and influencing skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively and challenge constructively at all organizational levels. High level of personal initiative, strong accountability, resilience under pressure, and an inspiring, collaborative approach to problem-solving. Full professional fluency in English (written and spoken) is required. Flexibility and willingness to travel internationally across the Northern Europe cluster as required by the business.
