This internship is within the eCommerce team of Henkel Consumer Brands Professional, contributing to online sales growth for professional haircare brands. You will coordinate product listings, support commercial operations, and conduct market analysis, working with both professional and non-professional clients.

最低要求

· Etudiant en bac +4/5 avec en école de commerce ou université

· Vous êtes force de proposition, organisé(e) et adaptable
· Vous avez un excellent sens du relationnel et aimez le Commerce
· Vous maîtrisez les outils du pack office
· Une première expérience en e-commerce est un plus ainsi que la maitrise de Photoshop ou InDesign et logiciels de montage vidéo
· Vous avez une bonne maîtrise de l'anglais

工作职责

Coordination du référencement des innovations sur les sites de nos clients**

Création des fiches produits
Maintenance des matrices de référencement
Préparation des supports en vue des présentations des innovations
Rédaction de contenu SEO avec l’aide d’agence externes
Support Commercial des clients eCommerce**
Préparation des supports en vue des présentations des innovations
Participation à la préparation des opérations commerciales (soldes, fête des mères, promotions…)
Préparation des rendez-vous commerciaux (présentations, documents)
Suivi des objectifs et des performances commerciales
Analyse et Veille**
Analyse des ventes et recommandation de plan d’actions
Analyse du marché via les outils Similarweb et Price Observatory
Benchmark de la concurrence
Veille eCommerce
