As the Chief Accountant at Henkel's Tashkent office, you will lead a small team and oversee full-cycle accounting, tax reporting, and financial reporting for the company. You will ensure compliance with local tax laws, coordinate monthly closings, and support internal and external audits. Higher education (finance, accounting, economics)

At least 5 years of accounting experience, including managerial experience
Deep knowledge of tax legislation
Experience in preparing financial and tax reports
Fluency in Russian, communicative English
Attention to detail, responsibility, ability to multitask
Strong analytical skills and data handling ability

工作职责

Full accounting and tax accounting for the company

Ensuring accuracy and timeliness of recording business transactions
Preparation and submission of tax reports (including corporate income tax)
Reviewing contracts for tax compliance
Monitoring and preparing financial statements (balance sheet, P&L, management reports)
Organizing and coordinating the monthly closing process
Ensuring correct recognition of income and expenses for tax purposes
Participating in internal and external audits (including Big4 and government authorities)
Ensuring internal control and asset protection
Managing a team of 2: development, training, task assignment
Advising business units on accounting and taxation issues
