作为百事上海的会计经理，你将负责SAP财务运营管理、数字化转型项目推进、财务报告与分析、合同及印章合规管理，以及ESG数据报送

最低要求

Fluent in English and Chinese in both Written and speaking

Bachelors’ degree in Business, Finance or Accounting;
+ relevant financial accounting experience;
Understanding of financial accounting policies;
Experience leading digital transformation and finance system implementation project
Strong analytical skills and business/financial acumen & Advanced Knowledge of business and industry;
Attention to detail, with high standards of accuracy and review;
Highly self-motivated, ability to work in a fast paced, multi-task project environment.

工作职责

Serve as the key stakeholder for SAP Finance operations, including user support, issue resolution, system testing, and process optimization

Act as the finance representative in SAP upgrade, working closely with IT, business users, and Sector to ensure project delivery.
Lead and coordinate finance – related digital transformation initiatives and project management activities, including project planning, timeline management, UAT, process documentation, and post- implementation support.
Support the preparation of financial reports, analysis, and other documentations required for management reporting and statutory compliance
Review contracts and related documents to ensure all required approvals and obtained in accordance with company’s DOA, and verify compliance with internal policies.
Partner with EHS/Sector and relevant functions to coordinate ESG reporting activities, ensuring the accuracy, completeness and timely submission of ESG data
Manage company seal, ensuring proper authorization, usage control, record maintenance, and compliance with internal governance requirements.
Prepare, review and submit required reports to the statistic bureau and other government authorities in accordance with regulatory requirements and reporting deadlines.
Support on other accounting & reporting requirements and projects
