Support daily supply chain planning activities, including order tracking, backlog monitoring, and inventory analysis.
Assist planners in reviewing supply-demand gaps and identifying potential risks affecting customer delivery performance. Prepare and maintain operational reports and dashboards using Excel and other planning tools. Analyze key supply chain KPIs such as Fill Rate, Back Orders, Inventory, and On-Time Shipment performance. Support inventory reconciliation, master data validation, and data quality improvement projects. Coordinate with planners, procurement teams, customer support teams, and regional stakeholders to collect and consolidate information. Assist in root cause analysis for supply constraints and customer delivery issues. Support continuous improvement and automation projects, including report optimization and process documentation. Participate in team meetings and present findings, recommendations, and project updates.
