Follow and improve the efficiency of Order Fulfillment Process and ensure on time delivery; 2. Follow shipment and revenue target achievement, analyze risks and opportunities; 3. Oversee HQ/Local/Channel inventory, prevent stock risks in advance and improve overall ITO; 4. Take part in setting up Regional Delivery KPIs, monitor and analyze periodically to improve operational efficiency; 5. Keep routinely and closely communication between HQ/Country/Customers to make sure all the delivery information is shared among all parties smoothly & efficiently.
